What's the fastest way to reach you in an emergency?
Call 0800 689 3497. The line is open 24/7, every day of the year, including weekends and bank holidays. For genuine emergencies, an engineer is dispatched and on-site within two hours. Don't use the form, it's faster to phone.
How long does it take to get a callback?
During office hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm), we'll call back in less than 15 minutes. Requests submitted overnight or at weekends get a call back first thing the next working morning. For anything urgent, please phone the emergency line directly.
Can I get a quote without booking a visit?
Yes. Most jobs can be quoted over the phone based on the problem you describe. If our engineer arrives and finds something different on-site, we'll talk through any price change before starting. No surprise charges, no hidden fees.
Do you reply to email enquiries the same day?
We aim to reply to all email enquiries within the same working day. Commercial enquiries and Priority Account setups are routed straight to the right team. For anything urgent, calling is always faster than emailing.
