Our engineers work from Hackney and Tower Hamlets out to Walthamstow, Ilford and Dagenham. Terraced streets in Leyton and Forest Gate often share a single run. Estates in Barking and Dagenham have long communal drains. Around Stratford, newer blocks are looked after by managing agents, and we work with them directly.
A standard weekday unblock, 8am to 6pm, is charged in half-hour blocks. The help desk gives the rate before an engineer is sent.

Harry attended our property in Gants Hill for water leak under the cooker area. He investigated the matter very patiently to get to the root cause and resealed the areas where there was gaps and traces of leak. He also talked us through all his plans and closed the job with full satisfaction.
I contacted FS group online and received an immediate response and appointment to look at my blocked toilet. I didn't get the name of the engineer who visited but despite this he was polite and straight away got to work to identify the problem.
Excellent service. I called FS because of a blocked drain on Saturday afternoon. The office explained how much it would cost and James came round a short while later. He was excellent and professional. And ofcourse unblocked my drain.
Found them through Google and I was a bit sceptical about the amount of 5-star reviews. However, they were on time, efficient, proposed the most cost efficient solution and unblocked the drain at a very reasonable cost without trying to get more money out of me. Well done, will use again!
