FS was founded in 1998 as a service provider. Now a two-generation business, the company has solid foundations and ambitious plans for the future.

Initially offering landscaping and garden drainage services, FS pioneered the concept of car park valeting units and went nationwide. Installation of the units, from drainage and electricity to fixtures and fittings, became its core business.

Due to popular demand, in 2016, FS expanded its offering and created a new enterprise, FS Drainage Services, to provide solutions to all drainage issues.

Utilising our ideal operations centre location, further services were added to our offering, including plumbing, heating and groundwork. We've built an undeniable reputation for being leaders in what we do.

How we work

Our London head office operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is always a dedicated member of the team on hand for you to speak to. Our departments work together seamlessly to guarantee that our clients receive a quick, efficient and easy service.

Once your job requirements have been agreed, our experienced help desk team will allocate a local engineer to attend your property. You'll receive live updates throughout the job journey. An engineer tracking link is sent upon departure so you can track their progress in real time.

You'll receive the job report detailing the works carried out with photos evidencing the job progress as well as a clear invoice upon completion of the job, sent to you automatically, no chasing, no quibbles.

We currently attend over 12,000 reactive and planned callouts per year, 70% on the same day for either 2 to 4 hours or 24-hour emergencies.

The core of our work is emergency response call-outs. It is our bread and butter, and it is what we are best at. Our teams work hand in hand to provide a seamless, efficient service with rapid response rates to homes and businesses across London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent.
