That is per half hour on a weekday, between 8am and 6pm. Outside those hours, including bank holidays, the rate goes up. The help desk quotes that rate when you ring.

The help desk gives the half-hour rate before a plumber heads to Camden, Tottenham or your road.
The plumber fixes the fault and runs the water to test each joint. The repair has a six-month guarantee, T&Cs apply.
What we see most
London water is hard. Scale builds up in taps, shower heads and valves until they drip or stick.
In a house split into flats, a bath or washer leaking upstairs soon stains the ceiling of the flat below.
Georgian and Victorian terraces in Islington can still hide old lead or copper runs. Their joints weep with age.
