You hear the survey cost on the call, before an engineer drives to Pinner or Kenton.
The engineer goes through the film with you, then sends the written report. Repairs we make carry a six-month guarantee, T&Cs apply.
What we see most
Clay pipes laid in the 1920s and 1930s crack and part at the joints. Waste then catches on each rough edge.
Kenton semis extended at the back and into the loft often join new bathrooms to the old pipe. The camera shows its condition.
Street and garden trees in Pinner find small gaps in old pipes. The roots then spread inside and trap paper.
Some South Harrow homes have separate pipes for rainwater and waste. The survey confirms which pipe is which before work starts.
Stanmore houses with large gardens can have long drains to the road. A fault far down the run shows clearly on camera.
Hard water builds scale inside the pipe, and kitchen grease sticks to it. Between them the pipe slowly narrows.
