Our plumbers work across Essex, from Brentwood and Billericay out to Witham, Clacton and Saffron Walden. Most calls are a leak, a dripping tap or a toilet that will not stop running. Some are a burst pipe with water pouring through a ceiling. Every engineer carries the common parts, so many jobs are finished on the first visit.
It covers each half hour of a weekday job from 8am to 6pm. Evening and weekend rates differ, and the help desk tells you which applies.

The plumber repairs the fault and checks for leaks before leaving. Our repair comes with a six-month guarantee, T&Cs apply.
What we see most
Much of Essex has hard water. Scale builds up in taps, valves and shower heads until they drip or stick.
A worn fill valve or flush seal lets water run into the pan all day. It wastes water and you hear it at night.
A failed seal or a loose joint behind the bath panel can soak the floor for weeks before anyone notices.
Pipes in lofts, garages and outside walls can freeze in a cold snap. A split pipe often shows only once it thaws.
Supply hoses perish with age. A split one behind the machine can flood a kitchen floor in minutes.
