Call 0800 689 3497 and say what the survey is for. Tell us if a sale or a build is close.
The price is agreed on the call, before an engineer heads to Shirley or Coulsdon.
You watch the footage with the engineer on site, then the report arrives. Any repair we make is covered for six months, T&Cs apply.
What we see most
Large trees in Sanderstead and Shirley send roots into gaps in old clay pipes. Over time the roots fill the bore.
